HP PAVILION DV5000 VIDEO DRIVER

When I do get them running and the screen shows, when I turn the compuetr off, the screen will not come back up. I have a problem. Message 1 of 9. Message 6 of 9. I have tried to change the drivers to get back to the original with no success. Nothing on the screen.

DV series is very old but it should work in Windows 7. This is an AMD computer. Message 5 of 9.

I attached another monitor to the computer and it shows everything normally. I loaded the audio driver for W XP and it works fine now on the Windows 7 upgraded compuer.

That is why I need the full model number. Source for the drivers? Occassionallky the screen would display and would reappear when I put the computer t o sleep.
